Super friendly staff, clean environment
We had an extremely upsetting experience at this hospital. From the moment the veterinarian entered the room, he made assumptions about our ability to pay before any discussion took place. He repeatedly suggested we contact friends or family for money prior to us mentioning any financial concerns. Our cat, who had an injured leg and was clearly in pain, was removed from his carrier in a rough and aggressive manner, which caused him visible distress. We had to have our beloved dog Mojo, laid to rest. The staff were very kind and thoughtful. This was a difficult situation and their kindness really helped.
