Just called and talked with Avery regarding possible representation for a personal injury cjaim. The aforementioned representative we talked with did not actively listen. We had to tell him three times that I was looking for the police report number and "please be patient with me." Steer clear, belligerent, slow, arrogant, unresponsive. Worst solicitors and conveyancing team I've ever had to deal with. They could do with dragging out of the 19th century.
