Got a nice draft in my house thanks to these fine folks, was yelled at several times by my construction manager Dan Van Nort for "stories" I was apparently making up and trying to get my house fixed properly, even taking the side of the construction company after seeing the damage they did to my house. Calling the office is twice as bad, Donna treated me like a dog for figuring out what the issue is, constant reiterations of policies over and over, simply having a conversation with these people is completely one sided.
