I been wanting for more than 5 months my Bisho battery replacement. Once you buy from them, they don't worry about your replacements, even if you pay for them. What am I supposed to do during a long wait without a battery? Should I change tattoo machine brands and companies?
Customer services suck called 3 times it hung up after holding 30 minutes places a order almost 2 weeks ago can't get untouched with anyone about the status says it's still not shipped online. Bad experience for me especially considering I'm ordering supplies that keep me working... Guess repeat customers and customer services are out the window here huh?
