As a former customer of Charles and Anita Bishop, I write this reveiw on a professional stand point. Before handing over your property over to them, do your homework. As I dealt with them throughout the course of 2010 I came to realize that everytime I dealt with them I was hearing about their customers issues, I most likely heard about yours and you most likely heard about mine. This was the worst experience of my life. This was a true slap in the face for all realtors. Voice mail always full. Left early from open house and gave NO feedback. Leave message at office never returns phone call. If you are able to finally trap them in the office you better hurry b/c you are wasting their time. Also I had some ethical concerns about the way they performed business. If you wish to sale your house DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY RUN!!! RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!!

I, for one, cannot imagine any of the negative remarks to be true. Anita has shown herself to be a very caring, understanding individual who has gone out of her way to help us when we thought no one would. She always returns my calls or e-mails within 24 hours (she is busy, you know) and readily gives me the information or advice I need. One needs to understand you arent her only client. As for me, I cant say enough good about her and how she has helped my family.
Anita Bishop helped us last October to find our home in Mustang. She was deligent, well organized & super friendly. Her & Charly are truly a great & efficent real estate couple who will work hard for you. If you need a home..give them a call. Theyll find you the one you want.Tom & Patsy
