Have been extremely happy with the care both of my daughters have received. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the practice.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the first opinion. For the first time at any dentist my daughter came out crying and did not wish to return. When I questioned what had happened Dr. Strange proceeded to "lead the witness" and use terms to attempt to make my daughter agree with his narrative. My other child was deemed as a problem and the recommendation was to use anesthesia. Have since switched him to a different practice and no issues. That speaks volumes.
Terrible Experience. His front office staff was even worse. I was disrespected in front of my child by Jennifer.
I think their philosophy is great and my children have never been fearful to go. They don't allow parents back with their children and I think it's better for the family that way. They take their time and explain procedures and my children know exactly what is expected of them when they leave. I also love the fact that they do orthodontics there as well, so it's a one stop shop. I recommend their office to all my friends and family.
Dr doesn't even come out and see his patients parents, won't allow parents in back with the kids
Treatment philosophy left my child extremely fearful of dentist and all medical personnel. Do homework and understand this office's philosophy.
