I have never had a legal case before so I don’t know how it compares to another lawyer. But Bishop Legal did recently win a settlement for me regarding an accident in which it was very clearly the fault of the other driver. My van was barely moving when suddenly a huge pickup truck slammed into me from the opposite lane and caused my van to twist around full it was facing the opposite direction.
