RecommendedBishop Airport in Flint is a great airport. Smaller and very easy to fly in, out, park, or rent cars. I know people who drive from across the state and spend the night just so they can use this airport instead of Grand Rapids, Traverse City, Detroit, or other airports (although I personally find Detroit a good airport too, although larger, and much longer lines during the holidays).
