Nothing but great service, my sister was leaving for Japan for military leave and the desk coordinater we beyond helpful in getting us gate passes to allow us to sit with her and from the younger attendant, Shaq, who was busy but stopped to help fill out he passes as well. Exceptional customer service from American Airlines and would definitely recommend again.

Not sure why my flight was delayed but it was a blessing in disguise. I had a connecting flight in Chicago that was a 3 hour layover but by the time I arrived the layover was only an hour!! Woo hoo
