Great example of what a good regional airport should be like early in the am- they had TSA pre check open at 4am as well as bag check - everything smooth, unlike MCO, SLC and all NYC airports

Police Officer Gallegher(sp?} was a tremendous help. We came in a flight at midnight, our prearrainged ride to pick us up left lights on running down battery. Officer made arraingments to get us up and running. Very courteous, professional, and kind. In an age of negative news about Police-- this was a positive experience. Thank you. Craig Beadle
Quite a debacle finding the right gate finally the sent an employee around to tell everyone that the signs were wrong and moved like 50 people drone gate to gate....�
