I called last Friday at 4:10 pm to receive an insurance quote when the lady realized I needed a quote she hung up in my ear and than wouldn’t answer the phone . Such rudeness when all you had to say it was too late for a quote . Learn phone etiquette please ma’am that was very rude to do to someone .
Thee worst. I left work early on a Friday at 3pm in the day to handle business. Doors are locked. It's not a holiday. It is raining so I'm assuming they got bored and decided to leave the building before 4:30pm. This is the not first but second time me doing this. Just another reason I hate people especially these. I will be working on finding a new company to handle my business with.
I like them I have been with them for years I know everyone personally good people
