Been living here for over 8 years now, horrible management. they can't seem to keep any management around longer than 2 months and I want to say for a couple of years I think it was either 2-3 years didn't have anyone working here at all besides a maintenance guy which they tried to make the apartment manager, so when they got go a new manager they sent some reginal lady to force us all to sign a couple of years' worth of rental agreements then had us back date them to the correct date so they could cover it up ,while they r... read more
I don't personally live here, but my friend just moved in and it seems like a very lovely place. Her neighbors have even decorated little garden spots and it's so adorable. Everything seems clean and safe.
Can’t ever get ahold of anyone. My son applied a month ago and they keep saying they have not heard back. Can’t find a number to corporate to get some real answers. This place is a JOKE!
I love living here, but I have been trying to get management to fix some things in my apartment for months. I only have one working light bulb in the bathroom and they are special bulbs. I can’t even seem to get two of them. Also just received a letter that they want to raise the rent nearly 300 dollars which they should not be doing in these units.
I have been putting in applications for this property since they were built. Having said that, a family member of mine went to work in the front office and said she found my daughters application towards the back of a bottom drawer. Here it is 2 years later (from when my family member worked there), and still have not received a call. We have updated her application several times, so not sure which application it was that she found in the drawer.
