I don't personally live here, but my friend just moved in and it seems like a very lovely place. Her neighbors have even decorated little garden spots and it's so adorable. Everything seems clean and safe.
Can’t ever get ahold of anyone. My son applied a month ago and they keep saying they have not heard back. Can’t find a number to corporate to get some real answers. This place is a JOKE!
I love living here, but I have been trying to get management to fix some things in my apartment for months. I only have one working light bulb in the bathroom and they are special bulbs. I can’t even seem to get two of them. Also just received a letter that they want to raise the rent nearly 300 dollars which they should not be doing in these units.
I have been putting in applications for this property since they were built. Having said that, a family member of mine went to work in the front office and said she found my daughters application towards the back of a bottom drawer. Here it is 2 years later (from when my family member worked there), and still have not received a call. We have updated her application several times, so not sure which application it was that she found in the drawer. I know a current tenant there who has a 1 year old and has contacted maintenance several times to have her AC unit fixed. It’s been 3 months and she has to have her windows open to get any air. Do better. Stop blowing her off and fix her AC! I’ll take legal action if it’s not resolved.
