I was told three times I would see someone between 2-5pm. Three days in a row and never saw or heard from this company. Horrible customer service. I would use anyone but this company, no matter the cost.
I called them with a problem about an outdoor drain which was clogged. The crew was here a few hours later, did a thorough job and recommended a permanent fix. First class service.
