Stayed there for 6 months, and honestly, I felt very comfortable and relaxed during all my stay. The apartment has modern amenities, the shared area is very well maintained and the location is very convenient, especially if for students or young professionals working in the Downtown area. Maya, the building manager is very professional and so is her team. The only downside is the gym, it’s a bit small and a little gloomy, but it has everything I need for a quick workout, so I was fine with it. I strongly recommend the place.

Pros - proximity to subway lines and restaurants/stores - wifi + utilities included - in-unit laundry (all-in-one machine so not very good) - modern & clean Cons - management - was not available for weekend move in - had to remind of move in date because it was forgotten - apartment was not ready at my move in; needed to wait while the unit was being cleaned - maintenance requests often either late arriving, no show, or no resolution - a dirty window screen with insects was placed inside the... read more
