My sister and I are overwhelmed with emotions and so many amazing memories from 1230 Bishop Embassy. We truly loved living there, and the management team was incredible. Especially Maya she is one of the sweetest people ever. We lived there for 2 years, and this place will always have a special place in our hearts. I would not recommend this building to newcomers. I had a very poor experience with management at this building. They push for you to sign damage deposits which are not legal in Quebec, especially if they know you are from out of town. I am currently in the process of taking them to court to retrieve my original deposit. There are nicer buildings with better amenities in downtown, I would suggest looking there first.
I lived here for a year and it’s been a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend it, especially if you are a student or a young professional. Good location, close to universities, metro stations, various restaurants and establishments, etc. Building is new and clean; management is responsive and helpful. So for me it’s very good.
Love the architecture!!! Especially in winter
