Honestly, I did not receive any proper attention or follow-up. I contacted them about a month ago, clearly explained the situation, and called approximately five or six times—the last call being today—just to get a simple answer on whether they would accept the case or not. In the end, I was told that they would not be able to take the case. This matter did not require a month or more just to receive a decision.
