My mom had a fall in December 6 2023. Omega was representing her case. Then she was transferred to Bish and cutting. Waited 4 months with no solution. Then they dropped her case with no explanation. Though a government claim was filed against the county of san bernardino from Omega. There isn't one for the city of Rancho Cucamonga. Additionally, once the claim was filed, there is no law suit in the file. My mom has lost her statute of limitations and not able to solve her case.
