We had an amazing afternoon here for a hen party. The staff were brilliant! Can't wait to receive our finished items - would highly recommend
We had a booking, when we arrived we were told that they had double booked us and then plonked us in the back room alone. The colours wheel had two different colours for a numbered paint - I asked a male employee which of the colours would produce my desired shade (they were completely different) he told me one and I used that one. He assured me of this more than once. Really lovely little studio, relaxed atmosphere, loads of things to choose from to paint. They even let me bring my dogs and set up a little blanket and water bowl for them thank you!
Went here on 5th July and had a fantastic time and all the staff there were so so lovely and kind and helpful! However I went to collect the pots on 1st August and the woman working was extremely rude from the minute we walked in. One of the pots had not turned out perfectly and she was immediately defensive about this, even accusing one of the younger members of our party of being “sly” and using the staff equipment and blamed her for damaging her own pot by sticking double sided tape on it which is not the case. We booked as a group of 14 for a hen party on a Saturday and had a brilliant time. We had our own space in the back which were not expecting and it was lovely, it was set out with lots of thought, with candles, our Prosecco (we provided) on ice, Bluetooth speaker etc. we also had a member of staff close by should we need her who was really helpful and friendly. It was a mixed age group with some unsure about trying, however everyone has said what a great time they had. Thank you.
