Called them and he seemed like a nice guy. He said come on down and he can do the enhanced inspection right away. I was impressed with the fast service. Once we got there, he looked at the car and failed the inspection. He picked over broken clips on plastic covers under the car and said he cant pass an aftermarket skid plate. I was surprised when he said that the paint chips and scratch in my quarter panel would need repainted to pass inspection. He failed to tell me on the phone that the car had to be perfect to pass.
