Several visits with the NP - Krystina Pouliot. I appreciate their time and attention in making me the healthiest version of myself. Nursing staff always greets me with a smile and takes my vitals. Mercy Provider - notes are in MyChart and they can see any diagnostic testing performed at any Mercy Hospital/Outpatient Center. I do know they draw basic labs on site. Ample parking. Went for blood work, had me sitting there for an hour and a half. Then go up to ask questions just for them to tell me blood work is closed for the day. Thanks for letting us know! Then I rescheduled and the front desk lady has the nerve to tell me if I cancel my appointment again they won't "deal" with me. How is that my fault you guys aren't capable of doing your jobs!
