I always pop into Bisec to grab bits and pieces for our own business, and Craig and the team are fantastic. Always accommodating and helpful — even when I don’t actually know what I’m looking for! They keep a great range of stock on hand and have saved me more than once with horse float breakdowns and those missing pieces you need in a hurry.
Went in there this morning for a DO45 tongue and experienced great customer service and product knowledge. We then had trouble fitting it to our vehicle and Nathan was an absolute legend in lending us some tools and his time to help us out. 10/10, a big fat thanks guys!
Verbal reprimanded by a very grumpy staff member in front of the whole store. Very unpleasant and I did nothing to deserve such treatment. I've been waiting for an apology from management but they haven't returned my call. I'll never shop there for any personal tools etc.. far better customer service and more friendly staff elsewhere in town.
Worse customer service I have ever experienced than rang the boss Craig to get the excat same experience wouldn't step foot in the door again
