Verbal reprimanded by a very grumpy staff member in front of the whole store. Very unpleasant and I did nothing to deserve such treatment. I've been waiting for an apology from management but they haven't returned my call. I'll never shop there for any personal tools etc.. far better customer service and more friendly staff elsewhere in town.
Worse customer service I have ever experienced than rang the boss Craig to get the excat same experience wouldn't step foot in the door again

Very good service ordering things. Nothing seemed a problem.
If you need bearings, gaskets trailer parts and tools these are the people to talk to, friendly service and if they don't have it they will order it in, in timely fashion
