We’ve had a very poor experience with this agency. We rented a new build from them in December last year, upon moving in we realised the house was handed over with several issues that were not addressed. The team at Bise hardly responded and it took me going to Vcat to get some issues resolved. Thankfully the landlord changed property managers and the new agency rectified everything so quickly after taking over. I’ve found them very unresponsive and not really responsible in the management of the house we rented.
Jess could honestly be the best in the game at this point. She manages all our clients we send her way so well, we get never ending good feedback! If clients ever ask if we know an agent, we don’t even think twice. We know where to send them. Thanks for all your hard work Jess!
Worse Agent ever(Jess Ross), its been 6 months and still have not given me my bond back.
The best service and response time I have seen so far. I was locked in my room my agent Jess at Bise property very promptly helped me. In no less than 5 minutes she made sure I got the right service to make it out. I would highly recommend Bise property to everyone.
