I went to the one in Greensboro on Wendover by panda express at 5:40 in the morning when it says they’re open at five and the drive-through was closed and inside. I waited for five minutes to see if someone would answer and a worker told me that the manager wasn’t there to open the store. It’s very unprofessional will never be coming back again.

Worst experience ever on Battleground drive-thru only restaurant I am trying to reach somebody at the corporate office and no one picks up the phone they won't have to worry about me never coming back again

One star for charging .50 cents for an order with egg. That is way too much! Considering you're buying in bulk the upcharge should be around .10 cents. We are already paying so much due to inflation this feels like your just charging to charge for extra profits, not profits. Please don't drive away people for nothing. I've already figured out how to make biscuits, if I get a good gravy down then goodbye to Biscuitville.

Very very very disappointed ☹️ I went through the drive thru at my local biscuitville and was told to pull forward to wait for our food and waited almost 40 mins before having to go inside to receive my food that wasn’t even make yet. I go here daily and spend alot of money here and I’m not happy with todays visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
