The front line staff have always been very polite and professional. When using the drive-through, whenever my order is for more than about two people, there is usually something wrong with it, even if the order was relatively simple. On one occasion I brought an order home, only to discover that they had forgotten part of it. In the past I have typically just shrugged it off. Went to the drive thru and they werent switching lanes at all. I was waiting for a while, 4 cars ordered on the next lane while I was waiting. The food took 30 plus minutes to come out. The energy at this location felt very stressful, I would not return to this location.
I like the atmosphere.
