I visited Biscuitville in Concord, North Carolina, and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the facility. The dining area appeared dirty, with unclean tables and floors that looked like they had not been properly maintained. The overall condition of the restaurant gave the impression that cleanliness was not a priority. Good food and service are important, but a clean environment is equally important for customers.
