Twice issues with orders. First got home and wrong items and missing items. Next time chose to eat inside. After over 20 minutes chicken on our order and somehow it was lost.
Good food but really slow
I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order and there wasn't even a line. People were honking the horns and I was late for work. I asked for the manager and I told him I had my order already. He says he'll be right back and then he says they told me you had your order. I said I told you that and he said he can't do anything. I had asked for a discount for the wait and he tells me everybody has to wait. I said it wasn't about me. As a manager I know if you wanted to refund me for an item he could have done that. Food is great but can be blane at times. Mostly good and homey. Service is often rude and workers appear often irritated or annoyed. Atmosphere is bright and welcoming as far as decor.
My first time trying out this place. The biscuit was soft , the egg and bacon wasn't great. The lady employee had an attitude. I won't be back.
