Have to edit my five star review from four years ago. Because the last three times I’ve gone here now, my food is always wrong and not that great quality. I literally would take a McDonald’s biscuit over what I’m getting at this location. Portions used to reflect the prices but now I’m paying nearly $5 for a tiny biscuit with two half pieces of bacon on a bacon egg biscuit…. Same issue applies to the breakfast platters, I buy an ultimate bacon platter and only get two pieces of bacon… might as well go to McDonald’s.
When the short haired blonde girl is working they always get it right but the others always seem to mess up simple orders for instance this morning they charged me for a hashbrown but didn't put in my bag I tried to call and went to voice mail i pass 3 biscuitvilles to come to this one and I may not return especially when I go every morning and pay 10 dollars for breakfast getting overcharged is annoying when its expensive as is....
I ordered an ultimate breakfast platter and got whatever the smallest platter option is. Still got charged for it tho!!!!!
Worst Biscuitville location in Greensboro, by far! Rude staff, orders wrong, combativeness when you ask for correction. Drive out of your way to go to another location!
