I tried to get no ice or light ice in my lemonade and was told they can’t do that as if I was trying to get more drink instead. I don’t like extremely cold drinks. It’s HORRIBLE customer service to force people to get ice when they don’t want ice!!!!
The food was good but, I was given a butter that it was open, locked like It was even used, when I went to the counter the lady said it was only opened, but it looked used and not only open. I asked for another butter, but her attitude and lacks of interestwas very disappointed. ☹️
Here it is like tasting homemade breakfast food. Biscuitville is my favorite breakfast place.
Biscuits were flat and the chicken and steak patties both tasted like something from the freezer. Really disappointed for over $10 for 2 biscuits. Staff was friendly and service was fast at the drive through.
Biscuitville wins the crown for worst biscuits in town. The biscuits are dry, pale, and crumbly. I've given this location several chances, mostly because their fries are good, but the biscuits are always a disappointment. My cat makes better biscuits.
