Food was excellent and the staff and service was great. Awesome place for breakfast!
Food quality is good. Far better fresh food product than any other quick service breakfast place. However, ther service at this location is consistently poor. SLOW!
I don’t regularly go to Biscuitville, but I had a taste for it. I ordered a pancake platter via the drive-thru line. After paying, I had to pull up and wait for my food to be brought out. I get home and there are no pancakes in the bag. There’s pancake syrup… but no pancakes. I understand people make mistakes, but if you clearly see the order on the screen, how do you still manage to mess it up? I went back to the restaurant to return the order and get a refund. The manager was nice and issued me a refund that I have to wait... read more
