Hadn't been to a Biscuitville by my own in choice in many years and pulled up to try the new Southern Fried Philly steak biscuit... and they were out of the ingredients. I got a plain steak biscuit instead for the first time and it was DELICIOUS... but I still had to wait 15min in a "fast" food line at 10am on a weekday to not be able to get what I wanted. The staff were suuuper friendly though and gave my cat a biscuit too. I've still got $5 left on my gift card, so I'll give it another go.
An older gentleman fell walking inside yesterday. Even though it was extremely busy the manager, who was working hard alongside her staff, ran out and helped customers pick the fella up and check on him. She then walked him inside and helped him grab a booth. She whispered to a staff member to call EMS just to get him checked out and she proceeded to jump back in the midst of a big rush all while continually going to check on the man and making him something to eat.
