I have been going here since they opened and loved it. However, today was a different story. I had to repeat my order 3 times and when she read it back it was all over the place. She could have been in training and I understand that but once i got to the window and saw my receipt I told them my order was wrong and what I needed to add. I handed them my card and she said we can't do add ons at the window. I told her its not an add on yall messed up my order. She said you will have to pull around and get back in line. We usually really enjoy the food here and have had great experiences in the past, but today’s to-go order was a bit frustrating. My husband had to tell the employee at the window three times that items were missing from our order. We ordered an egg platter, ultimate bacon biscuit, hash brown casserole, and two blueberry muffins. Instead, we received a chicken biscuit and a side of eggs—no hash brown casserole.
