I eat at this location of Biscuits Cafe approximately twice a month. The food is always delicious. I've had so many things on the menu, both breakfast and lunch, and have no complaints about anything. The wait staff are always accommodating, getting extra butter or salsa, refilling drinks, etc.

Terrible food, terrible service, lack of interest in getting it right and when we contacted Ed the owner not in the slightest way interested as well. Ed Preston talk's a big game on their web site, but fails to acknowledge the problems, reply to emails or letters and by doing so confirms his total lack of concern of the customers who visit his restaurants..

My husband and I ate our first meal at the surprise location. We had breakfast. Though the service was good the food was just average. You get a lot to eat no doubt but it wasn't anything special. On our way out we took one of their huge cinnamon rolls to go. They are not a yeasty type roll! One taste and in the garbage it went. It left a bad taste in mouth.We were so disappointed! Hopefully they will improve. We may try lunch some day in all fairness.
