This restaurant is great....the owner is very nice and serious about his business so I think the bad reviewer was probably asking for too much. It doesn't sound right anyway ....gift certificates ? If they were truly gift certificates these are paid for in advance...so you could use as many as you want. What do 'new' customers have to do with it ? I personally love this restaurant!! The food is amazing and they have a little of everything for everyone! I do not agree with other comments from people complaining about the owner. From my experience he is a nice tradiional Italian man! For the people who try to use coupons to recieve their entire bill for free or at a discount are asking a little much of a restaurant especially in this economy. The owner of Biscotti's is a true A-HOLE. We had a total of 5 new customers, and 4 promotional gift certificates for $25.00 each. We wanted to use them and they stated they can't take more than 2. Okay, however my husband felt they could have compromised and told the owner we wouldn't be back. Had the owner decided to apologize and possibly state that he would give us an appetizer for free if we would please return, I'm sure we would have went back and he would have made a lot more money from us and our friends.
