Staff are not given any training for clients and are not required to have any previous experience with delicate individuals - especially those clients that have very limited ability to care for themselves (bed bound)  - they use an unprotected application for communication as well as text messages which offer no protection for client information  - no outline is given to staff of what they can and cannot say to provide privacy for clients

I’ve worked at Biscochito as a caregiver for over a year.  It is a wonder place to work.  The staff really accommodates their caregivers and great attention is given to the needs of our clients.  A great lace to work.
