Hector at Bischoff's Citrus Heights location talked my mother into buying a used $90 walker by telling her she could try it out and return it if it didn't work well for her. She tried it, almost fell, and tried to return it shortly thereafter. Hector refused to refund her money, and only issued her store credit after a fight. My elderly mother doesn't have a lot of money, and certainly didn't need to be manipulated by a dishonest salesman. Shame on you.
Can't get my wife's items ordered twice! We even went in the second time together and they had no knowledge of what happened when the first order was put in. The second time I was with her, I noticed they seem to write things down on post it notes. They were all over the place.....no wonder they lose orders! Looks very unorganized behind their counters and they don't seem to care that they screwed up/ misplaced her order twice!
Bischoff's Roseville location on Sunrise Ave. has the worst customer service. In 2 months I have been asking for a custom order of very NECESSARY MEDICAL SUPPLIES. The first order was never placed and no one knew anything about it. The second order was taken by 2 people and 1 man called the next day to verify the order. 2 weeks later, no one knows anything about it!!! UNBELIEVABLE!
