I had a small part in the process while my family sold a farm that had been in our family for hundreds of years. Not impressed. The agent I had to have (very little) contact with was arrogant and unprofessional...wouldn't recommend!

Buyer beware! It is all a family affair… PPI is theirs as well… the company buying and remodeling multiple houses in the area, unfortunately…They are not hiring professionals to get the job done right the first time, many corners will be cut to save them the most money. They promised us a repaired and working AC, kept sending out the same two drunks that had NO CLUE what they were doing!! Bought a house from Bischoff Realty and between them, the contractor and the appraiser, it's a family affair and they just do what they can to pass inspection to get a house sold. BEWARE of this entire group. PPI is a subsidiary that should be avoided also.
