I purchased "Prestige" flooring from Bischoff manufactured by Ohio Valley. Flooring advertised to be waterproof and have a 20 year guarantee. Nine months after installation, floor is peeling up. Never standing water on floor. Manufacturer states they won't stand behind guarantee because of moisture! It is layed on concrete floor and suppose to be able to be laid without adhesive. Directions followed. Now I have to take them to court!!
