Biscaya is located at this phenomenal location, it’s probably the best condo compared to similar buildings leave alone for people 55+. If you are looking to buy as investment to rent out, this is not it, most residents are owners and once the 20% cap is reached, the waiting list hardly moves. The good part is that there is not an ongoing turn over. The assessments at Biscaya, are usually 12-18 months and whatever was collected for gets done. Biscaya 3 Condominium is probably the best of the 55+ communities in the Aventura & NMB area. You can’t beat the location. We have a good BOD with Carol, the president works really hard for this community with a capacity to focus on priorities like few. We are self managed and Maria who runs the office is truly a diamond. Cesar the super is an incredible human being as well as Carlos, Troy & Celestine, we also have good security rovers as well.
