Great service company in town. Nice and courteous service people and will explain what is wrong. Friendly staff and will take the time to fix it right. They are professionals and will do what you need done the right way the first time.
BAD Customer Service! I received financing for work they were going to do on our furnace. I was approved and was told everything was good to go so I passed on the information the finance agency gave me to pass on to Bisbees so we could move forward. Eric from Bisbees called and they told him they needed more information from me. So i called again. They again said everything was good to go. So i texted Eric that. We did look at Marsha's no heat issue and her husband had installed a furnace incorrectly himself and they have a daycare with a dangerous heat system. We offered her financing threw our vendor, she was preapproved but there was a issue ( customers normally get a 11 digit pin number to provide to us so we can transfer funds) and funds would not be available until she cleared it up with our vendor. Competent technicians but can't say the same for some of the management.
RecommendedMy basement flooded in September with 6’ of water, resulting in the need for a new furnace, new A/C unit, new water heater, and softener. Bisbee responded nearly immediately and got my home back in working order in a matter of days. Excellent response time, and customer service.
They stick with you until you’re satisfied. Very good crew to work with.
Better response to customer complaints and follow-up on incomplete work.
Excellent service, fast and freindly, my place was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. No wonder they've been around fourty years!
