Worst experience I have ever had at the south location was today. My 10 year old wanted to try out contacts. They had him read the "proper" way to do it and then went against what the paper said. The lady helping him was rude for one, touching his contact, and letting him drop it on their dirty counter and not having him clean it before trying to reapply. She closed the door and when i went in, tried telling me to get out of the room which will never happen because I was trying to show him the proper way just like the paper ... read more
