I called this place to order a regular mutton keema biryani and specifically requested that it be made mild to medium spicy because my family, especially my child, cannot eat very spicy food. The lady who took my order assured me of my request, and I don’t want to mention her name. When I got home and opened the biryani, it was extremely spicy—far beyond what I had asked for. We ordered the vegetable biryani with mild spice, but were very disappointed. Instead of a flavorful biryani, we received mostly plain white rice with just a few vegetables mixed in. There was a large amount of plain white rice in the middle, making it feel like the biryani wasn’t properly prepared or mixed. Once Biryani Pot was our go-to restaurant, but this experience was very disappointing. We hope they improve the quality and consistency so customers can enjoy the food they used to be known for.
