The restaurant had a strange odor when we walked in, the tables were bare without covers, and the setup relied on disposable plates, cutlery, and a complimentary water bottle, which felt cheap and unwelcoming. Service was almost nonexistent as no one came to take our order, forcing us to walk to the counter, place it ourselves, and return the menu, though the food did arrive fairly quickly. I ordered chicken dum biryani yesterday, and it was the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like it was cooked two days ago, reheated in the microwave, and then packed. You said there is no order on my name. I have attached my receipt for your reference.
