Precious time wasted waiting for hours because they scheduled times for procedures when the office wasnt even open, and this was done several times by a nurse. Made 2 major errors scheduling a biopsy two seperate times for the wrong area of the body even after discussing it further with Biruk during an office call. Quackery. Wasted my sister's life for over a year making guarentees about her health that were not possible, hours/days wasted while they scheduled her all kinds of crazy times for procedures and repeat tests that werent doing her any good. Kept a scare on her continually and talked as if they were doing her a favor. Had to beg for a prescription which they then refused to file an exception for.
Dr. Almaz is by far a super humble dr he talks to you like you are the only person he is seeing that day he treats you like a human and hears what you say he did a major surgrey on me and not one time did I not feel heard even over the smaller concerns 🫶
