My 10 month old daughter was very sick and I brought her to the emergency in Russell MB and at the nurses reccomendation (since it was 1 a.m) that the next day I bring her to the nurse practitioner (since there is no doctor in Birtle) to get her ears checked for a ear infection because she was excessively sick. Shannon is very knowledgeable and caring. Very family oriented. I trust her entirely. We are very lucky to have someone like her around here!
Terrible service with very uneducated employees. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone at the mercy of the birtle bandaid station!
