My daughter had a long and difficult labor, and I have to say that I was completely impressed by Leslie’s steady and calm demeanor as well as her ability to go so long without sleep. She was a complete godsend. At this point Leslie has seen our family through two births as well as one miscarriage. She’s starting to feel like family. She is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate.

So glad I chose birthstream! I was in labor several days with my first and Lesley was willing to go as long as it took. They are so attentive postpartum as well, often dropping by when I had concerns.I have two birtbstream babies and I am very pleased. This is definitely the practice for any one who wants a very traditional, holistic midwife who will be hands off during labor but attentive and responsive to your needs. Their heads are really in the game and they have great integrity and follow through.

Abandoned me an my wife during labor we were told multiple times after calling for there assistance that because my wife was laboring they were going to step out and take off which would have been fine if they ever came back or called to check in or did anything but show up and leave 10 mins later also by they i mean we were promised to have 2 midwives but only ever had one show up and was told to wait for the baby after they confirmed my wife's water was broken and leaking and for 5 days they kept telling us to just wait ha... read more
