I was really hopeful when this lactation consultant was recommended to me, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I paid $220 out of pocket (not covered by insurance) for a home visit. During the appointment, the LC said I would receive a report with recommendations for my baby within 24 hours. I had to follow up three times and didn’t receive the report until five days later. I had an appointment with Brandi today and she was extremely informative, sweet and took the time to go over any concerns that I had. She rearrued me that I was doing all the right things and I left feeling more confident with breastfeeding. She sent me an after care plan and recommendations to help my little guy as he has some stiffness from delivery. I am so glad I took the step to go in to see her. She was so encouraging! Highly recommend!
All the staff are very nice and this place has done wonders for our family.
Brandi was extremely helpful with informing me and my wife about breastfeeding and giving us intentional help and support tailored to helping our families specific needs. Brandi was delightful, informative, kind, gentle, and caring, everything you would want in this type of setting! She helped empower me, a soon to be new dad to twins, feel confident and comfortable about how to help my wife breast feed and gave me tools and solutions that I can implement to be a better parent and partner. My baby was 9 weeks old when I came to see Brandi for help with nursing. Breastfeeding was very painful for me, but thanks to Brandi and dr.Dakota my little man is breastfeeding like a pro without me experiencing pain anymore. After three weeks of chiropractic treatments and appointments with Brandi. We were doing so much better. I am so thankful for all of the help and support I have received from birthstone. The staff cares and is so supportive!
