We just finished our antenatal classes with Tracy. They were packed with information, she was an engaging and compassionate teacher with lots of positive experience and knowledge to share. Tracy’s experience as a doula means that she is very reassuring while remaining realistic and practical. Hypnobirthing was included but not the main focus of all sessions, we covered a bit of everything. Would definitely recommend to others 😊

We attended the Birth Sense 6 session class room antenatal classes. Prior to attending the classes I was quite well informed already and had a good idea of how I wanted to plan and prepare for my birth. However, Tracy’s sessions and the depth of information she shares, as well as her passion and love for her work, cannot be replaced by any research I had done in the months leading up to attending the classes. We came across Tracy's course while looking for hypnobirthing classes in Cambridge, and we’re so glad we did. The course consisted of six sessions, each thoughtfully structured to guide us through pregnancy, labour, breastfeeding, and caring for our baby. Brilliant course! I cannot recommend highly enough to any expectant parents. I signed up with the main purpose of coping with stress and anxiety around giving birth and Tracy was instrumental to my emotional journey as my husband and I prepared. You will come out on the other side very well educated about the birthing process, your options and what you can expect on the day at the Rosie. I enjoyed the course very much ! The hypnobirthing info and MP3 tracks Tracy shared with us were so helpfull I listened to them everyday in preparation for my birth and they prepared me so well Not only to enjoy my birthing day, but also to change many ways of thinking and be at peace with everything new coming I'm so happy with all this introspective emotional work I've done and thank you Tracy for being a part of it
