Please don’t select this location to deliver your baby. Had a traumatizing delivery, a midwife who was rude/pushy and she did not hear my concerns until too late (despite that I expressed so early on), and a terrible surgical repair experience requiring 2 hours. When I selected this practice, I was told a doctor would be on site, this was not the case. I was pushed to have my epidural based on when was convenient for her, so she could sign the order and go home. Had to wait for her to return when delivery was becoming critic... read more
Amazing birth experience here. The nurses and midwives are so kind and helpful.
Billing here is an absolute scam. The nurses I encountered couldn’t care less. Dingy and out-of-date environment. Food is inedible. Cleanliness doesn’t exist. There isn’t even a nursery for babies. How is this possible? The only positive is the pediatrician who is very pleasant. I would recommend going to South Shore (in Weymouth) for a positive birthing and recovery process - the nurses and team there are phenomenal.
Can't say enough good things about the birthplace. I had my first baby in September and had a few minor complications during delivery (he had to be vacuumed out and I had preeclampsia). We were astounded with the efficiency of the whole team during the whole ordeal- all the while remaining calm and comforting us every step of the way. I had some problems with breastfeeding due to my son's tongue tie and my inexperience but the lactation consultants and the nursing team were fantastic and so helpful.
