What a lovely place! So many wonderful classes and workshops and the most helpful, caring, and approachable staff. Highly recommend to others who are interested in holistic health and taking care of themselves!!
Love, love, love this place. Fun workout classes for every one. Great services and the women involved in the places are a tribe of strong crunchy mamas. We look forward to the Friday play group every week.
Birthmarks is THE place for all things wellness. It is a welcome addition to the Tampa community and really fills the need for prenatal services that reach outside the standard medical realm. Birthmarks has it all. The staff are welcoming and beyond accommodating to little ones. Yoga, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, birth and parenting education, fitness, lactation support...you will not be disappointed.
