The doctor and sonogram technician are very nice but their front desk need to learn how to be kind to people. I felt uncomfortable in the beginning the first time I was there and the second time being today, because of them. Their faces would crack if they smiled! Zero personality or empathy considering the line of work.
I really want to express my gratitude for every single one of the staff members, thank you for everything you all do! I was extremely nervous for my procedure and any pain that may come with it, but I cannot express how absolutely smooth and painless everything was. From being greeted by Julianna at the front desk, to the women who took my ultrasound, the lovely counselor, the caring nurse, and Dr. Morrison completing my procedure I was handled with so much care by all! They are horrible people, the staff is so unsympathetic. Terry the nurse is an awful person. She will get loud with you if you are upset. She is clearly just all by the book and does not care that people have emotions. She should get fired and should not be working in health care if she is so nasty. Honestly if you are upset about having to do this procedure and you still chose to go. Do not go here. You staff need to do better. I have been sitting here for hours. The front desk staff is far from compassionate. Not only am I struggling but I am being treated unfairly. Update: Is part of your process Bringing a client in a bedroom to scream at them for writing a review? I just got asked to go in for counseling and I got SCREAMED at by the doctor for writing a review… I was told to go elsewhere and that I am far from disrespectful and am disgusting. I am now outside waiting for my ride… please do better
