Thanks to Qua, my girlfriend was able to push through with the natural birth plan. She was there for her throughout the whole delivery and gave her encouragement to keep going !
Qua is an amazing doula ! Throughout my pregnancy I wanted a natural birth, definitely was a little nervous but she taught me a lot of techniques and things to do to prepare for birth. When the day finally came I was so nervous! I didn’t think I would do it but with her help and support she made it 1000x better (she held my hand the whole way through) and I would definitely do it again as long as she’s there !
