We did the group hypnobirthing course with 5 other couples earlier this year. Louise is very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot of skills to help us navigate our daughter's birth, which became particularly useful for some decision making near the end. Would really recommend doing Louise's course to give you the toolkit for a positive birth.
